Returns & Exchanges

We want you to cherish your DÔEN garments for years to come, but if a piece isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and liners are intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus a small return shipping fee.
